Privacy Policy

This policy describes how AIPrism handles information on this early-stage demo site. It is intentionally short and specific to what the site actually does today — nothing more.
What we collect
The only information we collect directly is what you voluntarily submit through the “Request a pilot” form on the landing page:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your organization
- An optional message
These entries are stored in our backend database (hosted on Supabase) and used to operate the site and follow up with you about a potential pilot.
No patient health information
AIPrism does not collect, store, or process any real patient health information anywhere on this site or in the interactive demo. Every case, patient name, procedure, insurer, note, and audit entry shown in the demo is synthetic — invented for illustration only.
Analytics
We log basic first-party page view events to understand which pages are visited. Each event records only:
- The path of the page you visited (e.g.
/demo) - The referring URL your browser reports (if any)
- A server-side timestamp
We do not use cookies for tracking, we do not log your IP address, and we do not assign visitor identifiers. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking.
How we share data
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. The only parties that touch this data are the infrastructure providers needed to run the site — currently our hosting and database provider (Supabase). We use them solely to operate AIPrism.
Your choices
If you submitted the pilot request form and would like your entry deleted, email us at privacy@prismhealth.ai and we will remove it.
About this stage
This policy describes the current early-stage demo site only. Before AIPrism ever processes real patient health information for a clinical customer, we will publish an updated privacy notice, execute signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with any subprocessors that handle protected health information, and rely on the appropriate patient consents and authorizations — consistent with the SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance roadmap described elsewhere on this site.
